At this time, we are accepting orders from all continental states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. We process our orders within 24 hours. You can generally expect your orders to be delivered within 7 business days, but most of our products are actually delivered within fewer days!
How much is shipping, and do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, which are also delivered in an expedited manner. Therefore, there is no need to pay extra for expedited shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for instructions. You will need your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
Who is responsible for the cost of return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

How do I care for my Ourjoy bedding products/blankets?
Care instructions vary by product and material. Most of our products are machine washable. Generally, we recommend washing your items in cold water with a gentle detergent, and tumble drying on low heat. Always refer to the care label for specific instructions.
